I have seen number of posts reporting the same problem (on different
hardware).
To me it looks like RMS doesn't get requests from bkprunner or bkpruner
doesn't get information back from RMS.
Entries in work queue indicate that enumeration process is starting OK,
CDROM library is identified and that's where it ends.
Hopefully we will see some errors in work queue on next failure. If we don't
see failed work request SBS Team will have to do some more work on bkprunner
:-)
