Some of the big differences that are noticeable are:

SBS gives you some wizards and management consoles that are not found in
any other product.

SBS has the maximum user limit.

In SBS both external trusts and terminal services are disabled.

The component software such as Exchange and SQL must be installed on the
SBS server itself.

The server must be a domain controller and it must hold all the FSMO roles.
