QUESTION-Anyone know about free 5cal shipping time?

Ordered the free 5cal pak from microsoft 2 weeks ago wondering how long or
how to find out when it will ship.
Anyone got personal exp with this?
not having the extra 5 user cals is holding up progress for me.
