Hi,

Thanks for the advice, it doesn't seem to be releasing. How long would a
releasing phase take?

I have run the Windows Update but there are no updates. I have also checked
to see if there any outstanding exchange patches, none. Calling in
Microsoft for support is not an option as it costs hundreds of £££'s per
solution. We are a small business and simply cannot afford it.

Thanks again,
Luke
