Well it looks like the DVD drive I have on the server doesn't like the
SBS2003 DVD, I restarted with the CD 1 and it is upgrading just fine now.
Pretty sure this is it, because when I tested this in my test lab, I used
this exact DVD to do the upgrade, but had different hardware.
