Verify problems

Im still having the following troubles...
I used the wizard to set up backup to a SCSI DAT tape.
Everything goes fine until verify. When verify proces
starts, after few minutes the whole process stops
saying "Backup failed" and in the log-file there is a
message "Inconsistency Was Encountered on the Requested
Media". I don't think it is because of changed data
because in that case the process should go on until all
data is verified and than it shoud say how many files were
different. In my case the whole backup (20GB) takes two
hours and verify quits with above error after few
minutes... Any ideas?
The server is a ProLiant ML330 with two SCSI controllers
(one for tape and the other for RAID) and HP DAT72 tape
drive.

Thanks for any info
Jan
