>I have configured my 2003 standard to allow 2 nics.
First one configured statically for the Lan. The second
one is configured DHCP to my Cable modem and then out. I
can log in all my workstations to the server and I can
receive internet on the server. I however cannot receive
internet access through any workstations. Please help I
am in dire need of assistance.

1 NIC should be set up as the DHCP to your switch to the
rest of your LAN, and the other NIC should have a direct
connection to your Cable Modem with a Static IP.
Internet > Modem > in-NIC >*SBS as DHCP*> out-NIC > Switch
> LAN
