hi,

roaming profiles can achieve this for you.
you just need to specify a path in the users detail on the server to store
the profile.

some people prefer to use folder redirection.

yes you can add "Domain Users" to the local admin group of the client PCs
rather than just a single user.
this will mean that anyone can log in to that machine.
