companyweb gone

just reinstalled sbs 2003 and the entire of companyweb
seems to be missing, i go into iis manager and into web
sites, and the usual four are listed ( default,
sharepoint admin, sharepoint central and companyweb)
however when i look in company web there is nothing
there at all, looked in C:\interpup\companyweb and thats
empty too, have tried running all the options in the
server manager for internal web site and get the error
Server error in '/' application

any ideas anyone?
