Perhaps I missed something, if so I apologize. But I would leave this
checked, because all users need the .rr addy.
The part you want unchecked is 'authoratative for this domain', meaning that
your sbs is *not* authoritative, then any non matching .rr addresses will
flow out. No?

For sure though, the error must be addressed first - it's not clear which
component is failing but it should be possible to find it in the logfile if
the wizard doesn't actually tell you which component.
Look for icw.log in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\Support. There will be a hint in there.
