After you installed the modem, could you manually dial out to the internet?
Or did it just not dial out automatically? Do you have ISA Server
installed? Did you remember to run the Configure E-mail and Internet
Connectivity Wizard after installing the modems?
First make sure that you can dial out manually. If you can, then proceed.
If you can't, then see if you can dial out anywhere at all. If you can,
then the problem may be with the number your are dialing for the ISP. If
you can't, then the modem is having problems.
Once you can dial out manually, make sure you run the CEICW.
