SQL update MS03-031 problem on SBS2k3

Hi!
After running the MS Baseline Security v1,2, it tells me
that:
SBS Monitoring
SQL Server/MSDE Security Updates needed and

Sharepoint
SQL Server/MSDE Security Updates needed.

Both messages suggest that I download and install the
update MS03-031.(815495)

I downloaded it and started the installation, however, a
couple of pages into the update it asked me to identify
which item I wanted to update-Monitoring or Sharepoint.

I am confused, I thought both were needed.

I finally got my server up and running great, I don't want
to screw this up!

Can anyone shed any light on this??
HELP!
