I have a couple quick comments.
For Tina, have you configured Outlook on the actual LAN
running Exchange Cached Mode? If not and you are trying
to set it up for the first time using RPC over HTTP(S)
then it isn't going to work. At least from what I've
read and experienced. You need to set it up on the LAN
before going elsewhere and trying to configure.
For Madison, I found when connecting the login is very
specific. An example would be, user: microsoft.local\mark
and then the password. Any other format for the user name
will not work.
