you may want to try switching from DNS to SmartHost - generally this is the
required solution when people have trouble sending to certain email domains.
Simply switch from DNS to SmartHost and enter the name of your ISP's
outgoing SMTP server.

Example, I user Verizon, so my SmartHost is pointing to:
outgoing.verizon.net
Additionally, Verizon does required outgoing authentication, so I had to
also drill down to enter my userid/password.
