Hi,
Remove all modems from Device Manager, uninstall any software installed by
the modems in Add/Remove Programs.

Do not try to use an USB modem or an internal WinModem type modem.

Try installing 1 modem again and rebooting, then re-running the CEICW to see
if it makes any difference.
