Hi,

In regards to the fix, the important thing is clearing out the multiple
folders described in the article.

In regards to Trend, open the properties of the Default Web Site, go to the
HTTP Headers tab and click in MIME Types, do you see anything here? If you
have a definition for " *. "octet/stream" ", remove it, OK the changes and
proceed to re-start IIS (IISRESET from a command prompt should do it).
