Login as the third user (not domain user, not the new local user) ... with
administrative privileges if possible.
Make sure that the new local user isn't logged on (nor the domain user) ...
Go to System Properties > Advanced > User profiles.
Select the domain user profile folder and click Copy To ...
Copy it to the newly created local users profile folder ...
If you cannot access any of the folders (you get the access denied error or
something like that), take ownership of the folders and/or assign
permissions to that third user so you can access them ...
