What do you think the problem is?

Define what you mean by "see" the other machines.

As has been suggested, do an IPCONFIG /ALL on each machine. Carefully scrutinize and compare the results. All values except for IP and MAC address should be the same across each of them. If not, find out why.

Being able to ping uses different protocols than doing a share browse. Do you have firewall software installed on these boxes? Can that be disabled long enough to test the connectivity? Disable them and test again.

Also, check the router's configuration. Some routers have the ability to block wireless devices from seeing the wired network. If you're not sure how the router is configured (as in, someone else fiddled with it) then take it back to factory defaults and start fresh.

I'm guessing it's either the router or software firewalls.
