Can I allow Windows 2003 server only one user login?
Disable remote logins, so only console login is possible.

When local admin login can also get same screen like the remote admin
login, just like Windows XP pro.
Do you mean to shadow a session to see what the logged in user is doing?

I believe what you are looking for is the /console argument in mstsc.exe, or the /admin argument in the 6.1 version.
