the network is only IPv6 mode.
I've configured DHCP anche authorized it in AD.
I've enabled managedaddress but the dhcp cannot be leased.
i've one question...with statefull dhcp server is neccessary a router
than
manage O and M flag for release DHCPv6 address?
i try to configure dhcpv6 and client with ipv6 with virtual machine
VMware.

Do you have a full IPv6 network or also some IPv4 machines?
Have you "managed address configuration" on your client enabled? You
can do it with this command:
netsh interface ipv6 set interface "interface name "
managedaddress=enabled advertise=enabled
