Lan Drivers for Connecting Windows Server 2003 Laptop to Broadband

Hi
I have a new Acer 5620 laptop running Windows Server 2003 which I am trying
to connect to the internet by pluygging it into a Netgear wireless router
using an Ethernet cable.
I know the hardware is fine - I can connect my other computers to the
internet using this router, and was able to connect the Acer laptop to the
internet when it first arrived and was running Vista.
I rang my ISP (Utility Warehouse), who told me I needed to install the
appropriate Lan drivers, which are apparently available from the
Microsoft.com.
I cannot find any reference to these drivers.
My priority is to connect using the ethernet cable, however being able to
connect wirelessly at the same time would be a bonus.
Any help would be much appreciated.
.
