Hello themush1326,.
What if you create the link like this:
\\servername\sharedfolder or \\ipaddress\sharedfolder

I am trying to create links to a windows directory on a Mac. I am
trying to
display a link on Sharepoint and have a shared folder or a document
in that
folder be displayed. It works fine from a PC
To access that folder form a Mac you need to connect as
smb://servername/foldername; Sharepoint doesnt recognize that as a
link and
the browsers(Camini,Firefox and Safari) don't understand smb as
supported
protocol.
Any ideas how to do this?
