Hi.
I have a strange problem.
I have a Windows Server 2003R2 SP2 with Intel pro 1000 /MT dual network
card.
Its a domain controller and I have set it with a static IP-adress.
When I lookup yhe properties of the TCP/IP protocol to see my static
settings, they appear to set as DHCP.
Under the status of the NIC it still says static with all the correct
settings.
I have reinstalled the NIC without any luck. Updating to newest driver with
no luck.
So my conclusion is that I have some kind of software/reg database problem.
This is very strange. Has anybody seen this before? And is there a solution
without reinstalling the whole server?
The server allso reboots without any notice every now and then. In event
Viewer I see no clue of why.
Hope you can help me out there.....
Br
Morten
