Cannot access network share

I am having a problem accessing a network share. When I try to access
it from any other computer on the domain I am prompted for a User name
and Password. It does not matter how many times I enter the user name
and password, the prompt will just keep reappearing. It also does not
matter how I try to access the share. If I click on 'Run' and type \
\server\share I am presented with the authentication prompt. The same
also happens if I use 'net use <drive_letter>: \\server\share'. I
also cannot ping the server by name or IP. However...

From the server in question, I can access the share in the methods
described above. The server can ping itself by name.

I have File and Print Sharing enabled. I have NetBIOS over TCP/IP
enabled. The browser, workstation and server service are all started.

I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you.
