VPN problem

hallo iedereen,

i want to make a DFS connection.
servers: 1x SBS server (named: server01)
1x 2003 server (named: server02)
the distance between the servers is 100km

both servers have there own internet connection. now when i setup a VPN
connection on server01 to server02 my internet and e-mail also goes true the
VPN. how can i setup my servers that if i use internet or e-mail it goes
true my internet connection and that my DFS only uses the VPN
