RRAS Problem

I just setup RRAS on a server 2003 box. This is just supposed to be a basic
setup to allow VPN connections in.

I disabled the firewall/ICS in services first, as is required.

I then enabled RRAS and then setup my DHCP relay agent to and pointed it to
the DHCP server that's in-house. I verified with DHCP that the RRAS server
got its IP block reserved ok.

I attempt to connect to its external IP and it connects to the point to
where its asking for username/password and either times out at that point or
it says that my username/password are not right.

I'm also running another RRAS server with ISA on the network and connecting
to that works fine.

Any idea what could be causing the authentication to hang out at the
"Authenticating Username/Password" dialog?

TIA,
Jim
