Can't Access folders

Hello,

I recently set Special permissions on a folder and its subfolders to Deny
Delete and Deny Delete on Folders and Subfolders. The only group listed was
Everyone. After that, I think someone else unchecked Full Control and
Modify permissions. Either that or they unchecked themselves. When I
rechecked Full Control and Modify, they showed up in the special permissions
section. Then I removed all special permissions thinking I could just start
over from scratch, but the group Everyone had disappeared and no group
listed.

Now I can't add a group and can't access the folders. How can I fix this?
The server is running Windows 2003 Small business edition if that matters.

Thank you for any help and God Bless,

Mark A. Sam
