Thanks Meinolf,

Clients connect locally, and no they cannot connect even after given a
static IP.

When I ping the server, I get an error message related to DHCP server
not available, or something to that effect. Unfortunately, I'm not at
work right now so I can't share the exact error message.

The remaining clients have no issues.
