Printers and Faxes

Hi,

I find that if the server's shared network printer is not available, the XP
workstations will select another printer as the default.

Is there a way to not automatically change the default printer on the XP
workstations?

Also, is there a way to automatically add my servers shared printer to the
workstations without having the users use Add Printer?

Thanks!
