Hi all
I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to create a VPN connection,
where if there is no network present, ie the user cannot VPN using
broadband etc, that it then brings up the Dial a Connection dialog
box. I want it to only allow a user to dial a connection to an ISP for
VPN access if there is no other connection present
