VPN or RWW

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello everyone, i have a client who is going to open up another shop in
another town, we are setting up each site with adsl static ip's. The client
will have a data base at main site for stock control & has contacted the
software company, and they said they would like to have a VPN connection
between the sites for the software , I am in the middle of quoting a new sbs
2003 server for main office, and 2 xp pro pc's at remote office site,

Should i use the RWW instead off the vpn , for the connection between the
sites, as i have done this before and works well, but i have never setup a
vpn connection at all.

If anyone can list the best way for the this solution , i would be grateful,
