FPNW service doesn not start

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

We have FPNW 5.02 Sp2 installed on a Windows 2003 DC .
It has been working for some time but now the "file print netware service" doesn't start when the server is rebooted , but no pop-up appears stating that a service didn't start.
Trying to start it manually give the error that "the service is already started"
