Rejoin computer to domain

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Some time ago I asked about joining XP computers to a windows 2003 domain for a user that isn't an administrator.
Now I have a related problem: I can't re-join the computer if I reinstalled Windows XP and the computer object is already created in AD.

The user has the "Create/Delete Computer Objects" permission. What else should I set?.
