Help: routing and remote access.

Hello everyone,
I am attempting to connect to sites with routing and remote access. At this
time routing and remote access is configured as a means for NAT for the
networked users under the server and as a vpn/firewall for the network.
Users can vpn into the network and all is stable.
It is setup this way on both servers.
Now I am looking to build a trust relation between the two servers but I
need to have the servers linked.
What is the best way to go about doing this?
Here is some info about the servers and networks:
Note: Both are in remote locations
Server1: IP Address Schema of 10.0.0.0/24
Server2: IP Address Schema of 10.0.100.0/24
What I have done so far is to add a remote router under the 'network
interfaces' in the routing and remote access, assigned network info needed
and then changed to persistent connection as this will need to always be
linked
So far if I start a connection from server1 it connects and I can ping
remote systems on that network.
When I try to get server2 to connect to server 1 it does not work unless I
break the connection from server1 to server2.
I hope someone here can understand what I am trying to do. As I think I am
suck.
I also need the users in each network to see the servers on the respective
servers networks.
