remove NTDOMAIN from RAS login ?

Hello.
Im using 56k modem to dial RAS using PAP authntication.. I need to remove NT
domain requirment from login ... i.e just require user + pass.
Anyone know how to do this ?
At the moment i am forced to enter domain or servername.
