Exchange Server is on a different subnet
as i indicate in firs post "We have Servers in different network segment, between users and servers
there is an Firewall."
So what ports is neccesary open on firewall to work normaly MAPI Cliets (Exchange)

No they aren't,...unless you did it yourself. So stop doing it.
...but how do I know what ports they need e.g. Exchange Outlook Users?
Outlook users doing what from where? How does that have anything to do with the firewall when both the users and Exchange are on the same LAN together and don't even pass over the firewall to communicate?
