FTP configuration with RRAS

hi all,
i'm trying to set RRAS in order to comunicate via VPN two our offices
in different places. I was able to do a nat without problems, so that
2 networks (VPN and local) can see each other from clients of
networks. till now, no problem!
well, now i need that clients can connect to a FTP situated on VPN
network. From server RRAS i can without problems, but from clients
nothing! :-(
I know that i missed some steps and for this i ask some tips to you.

Network configuration is very simple, i don't have neither proxy and
firewall..... only a router.

Thanks

.
