Is there a firewall active on the Linksys? How about on the VPN client, such
as the Windows firewall or an antivirus firewall (McAfee, Norton, etc)?
Test it with setting up RRAS on a Windows server as a VPN serve and allow
VPN passthrough to the server. If it works, then I would assume something is
set to block in the Linksys settings. If not, then I would assume the
client's firewall is blocking it. I would also use WINS to allow NetABIOS
name resolution for VPN users.
