Re: Problem with: Network Load Balancing (with Terminal Services )

In news:OOS6EQaPHHA.5012@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
TTT_TTT <bbbb@xxxxxxx> stated, which I commented on below:
Hello
We made Network Load Balancing for two Terminal Services, (weights
are set at: 50:50).
When I checked number of users I see: TS1: 22 users and for TS2: 10
users. Why
number of users are not equal? Both of this TS are identical. Is
should be TS1: 16
TS2: 16 but it isn't. Why ?
TS1 and TS2 has the same hardware configuration.
Best Redgards

Load Balancing allows for all initial connections to get equal responses.
However if some of the connectionsm, such as on TS2, have been terminated,
that doesn't mean an e established connection on TS1 will not get
disconnected so it can connect to TS2 to keep it even. Onl on the initial
connection.

I would suggest to use Performance Monitor on a third machine (such as a
laptop or workstation) and watch/log objects and counters related to the LB
service, including possibly web services, etc, from both machines to get a
better idea of it's performance and what it's doing.
