we dont use proxy settings
what about the nat setting in server, i had to forward ports for exchange
and remote desktop etc
can i add the releven ip address i have been given on my server so all
20PC's have the same setting

Well the Netgear box is just a nat box (NAT-based firewall) and is not a.
proxy.
Then you don't have a proxy, and hence have no "proxy settings" in the
browser, correct?
Try adding all the involved Domain Names to the Trusted Zone in the
browser's security setting. Add them using this as an example:
*.microsoft.com
*.mysite.org
*.someonelesessite.net
This will make the browser allow all client-side scripts, ActiveX Controls,
and Java Applets do whatever they need to do without any "harassment" when
the destination is one of those listed.
In the Browser's Advanced Settings enable all the HTTP1.1 options. The
product may not work with HTTP1.0,...this is just a guess.
If the product uses Java Applets, the version of the Java JRE needs to be
considered along with any of the settings in the JRE (Java icon in Control
Panel).

That depends on your network setup, of which we know nothing.

This issue is discussed in Microsoft's MSDN forums:
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1073722&SiteID=1
A solution that was suggested was to add the IP addresses of the 3D
servers as exceptions to your web proxy. I'm not sure what these IP
addresses are, but you may be able to determine the required
addresses by
using a computer that does not go through the proxy, connecting to a
3D
Virtual Earth view, and viewing command-line "netstat" output.
Alternatively, just ask the Microsoft representative if he can
supply the
IP range, or make a post yourself to the Virtual Earth MSDN forum.
I hope this helps!

i have a client that is started to use Virtual Earth, they are not
able to
view the maps in 3D.
when you zoom in the page never redraws
all works ok in 2d and with 45 degree view
the client has had a meeting with a man from microsoft regardig
buying
licensing, and he advised assing the IP range into the firewall
how can this be done?
