VPN will not auto reconnect

I've been having problems with VPN from a remote office to SBS since
installation. The connection goes down at least once per hour according
to the lady who uses it.

I deleted the SBS connection (made from the wizard on a floppy) and
manually set up a new VPN connection. This works a bit better, but when
it gets dissed, it asks if she wants to reconnect even though the
"reconnect automatically" box is selected.

Anyone know why?
