Hi George ,
My understanding of your issue is you are concern about the license of the
OS in VPC. For licensing questions:
You can call 1-800-426-9400 (select option 4), Monday through Friday, 6:00
A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (PST) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing
specialist. Worldwide customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft
Licensing Sites http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/index/worldwide.asp to
find contact information in their locations.
Thanks for understanding.
Best regards,
Vincent Xu

Here's my situation. I'm running virtualization software to test several
different OS on my Laptop and simulate a network enviroment. My question
forif I need to purchase additional software for withing the virtual machine
the oS or will the OS on my laptop cover me? If so does anyone know a
affordable solution? I'm planning on having no more 10-15 machines in a
virtual envirment. Most likely it will be closer to 10.
