Hello Steve,
It can also be a problem with your SMB signing, see this link:

Hi there,
I have 2 DC's and have this error on of one of them:
Group Policy processing does not work and events 1030 and 1058 are
logged in the Application log of a domain controller.
If users log on by server02 everything is fine. If they log on by
server01 then some settings are not set on their machine. The errors
in the event log are:
1030:Userenv: Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy
objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged
by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.
1058:Userenv: Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
cn={5A75AA16-F702-4447-B563-8932FC335DFD},cn=policies,cn=system,DC=spr
eydon,DC=org,DC=nz. The file must be present at the location
<\\spreydon.org.nz\SysVol\spreydon.org.nz\Policies\{5A75AA16-F702-4447
-B563-8932FC335DFD}\gpt.ini>. (The system cannot find the path
specified. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
Server01 (the one that doesn't work) is an older one upgraded from
windows 2000 to 2003. Server02 is new and is win 2003 from the
beginning.
I found a post somewhere saying do this:
dfsutil /PurgeMupCache
which did work, but about 3 days later the errors re-appeared.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Steve.
