RIS Installation

In us business we have problems with a RIS installation over the netwerk.
Whenever the notebook boot then it get and ip-adres but the RIS installation
screen nots appear.

Hy give the following error:

ProxyDHCP service did not reply to request on port 4011

Type Notebook: Dell latitude D505

We have update the bios but thats does not helping. The other computers on
the network works good with the RIS server.

Can someone helping.
