Your gateway has to be on the same subnet. You'll need a router or another
NIC in your server (w/IP routing).

My propose Network structure
-All PC server still connect to same subnet
- 1 x DHCP server using superscope apply two DHCP range.
- 10.5.1.x only connect to server / Printer
- 172.1.0.x only connect to user deaktop
- 172.2.0.x only connect to another department.

I try to config the scuperscope in my testing lab, but 10.5.1.x is ping
to
10.5.1.x lan server ip, but if get 172.x.x.x ip cannot ping 10.5.1.x
