How can I recover my RAID Disks? Urgently need help!

My file servers is using a ASUS motherborad which has a built-in RAID
controller. I have installed 4 SATA hardisks and run a RAID 0+1 disk array.
Few days ago, the motherborad has problem, the system is hanged during the
windows start-up screen.
1) Is it possible to move these 4 HDs to another motherborad which has a
built-in RAID function, and read all data from the disk array properly?
2) My broken motherboard is old version. I cannot find the same
motherboard. Is it possible to read this RAID disk on other motherboard
with built-in RAID controller
3) Can I use another brand RAID controller?
Please advise.
Another question I want to know. If 2 disks is running on RAID 1, is it
possible to take out one HD and run as normal disk without RAID?
Chris
