Win2K3 - Multiple IP Addresses Bound to One NIC

Has anyone had any trouble with this? I've done it before but today I
bound 2 new IP addresses to an existing NIC but can't get them working
for the life of me. The one IP address that has always been on there
continues to work, I can ping the 2 new IP addresses when I'm sitting
in front of the server, but the rest of the world can't get to them.
I've triple checked that they are the correct addresses, right network
mask, et al.
Help?
