PSExec from Sysinternals will do this for you very nicely.

Just download the EXE file and run it with the parameters that you need. For example:
>psexec \\RemoteMachineName ipconfig /all

What if the remote machine doesn't have file and print service enable and it is not part of the domain (don't have user account info.)
