DHCP snap in failed to intialize {CLSID 90901AF6-7A31-11D0-97E0-00C04FC3357A}



In windows 2000 server . Once a professional try to uninstall DHCP
components from registry but accidently he uninstall all DHCP related
components . Now a day Whenever I wish to open DHCP from administrative
tool , an error occur "DHCP snap in failed to intialize {CLSID
90901AF6-7A31-11D0-97E0-00C04FC3357A} " .
Neither system allow me to install DHCP component from add remove
component .

please help
