Try performing a net use to the IPC$ of the machine with the admin creds
before executing the command.

Dear,
How can I restart remotely a machine that do not belong to the domain.
I want to restart a stand-alone machine that do not belong to my domain
remotely.
I tried the shutdown command but it says access denied.
It seems i need to have adminstrative priviliges on the client machine,
how can i do that ?
Best,
.
